1. Refunds and Returns for Physical Products

We offer a refund or replacement for any defective physical product under the following conditions:

  • The product must be reported as defective within 30 days of purchase.
  • To request a refund or replacement, you must provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

Non-Defective Products:
We do not offer refunds or returns for non-defective physical products.

2. Refunds for Services

All services provided by Click Marshall Internet Marketing LLC are non-refundable.

  • Service Approval: Each service is reviewed and approved by the customer before we proceed, ensuring mutual agreement on deliverables.
  • No Refunds After Delivery: Once a service has been rendered, it is considered final and non-refundable.

3. Recurring Services and Cancellations

Recurring services are billed in advance to allow adequate preparation and delivery of work. For example, content creation services are billed on the 16th of the month to provide the time necessary to create and approve content for posting starting on the 1st of the following month.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Customers may cancel recurring services at any time before the billing date (e.g., the 16th of the month) to avoid charges for the upcoming cycle.
  • Once billed, no refunds will be issued, as the work commences immediately after billing.

Example:
If content creation services are billed on the 16th of January to prepare content for posting on the 1st of February, cancellation must occur before January 16th to avoid charges for February’s service. Once the January 16th billing is processed, the service is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.


4. Exceptions to Refunds and Returns

We reserve the right to deny refund or return requests under the following circumstances:

  • Physical products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized alterations.
  • Service deliverables that meet the approved specifications agreed upon by the customer.
